Fundraising

As a memeber of WIUFC, we require each player to participate in fundraising each year.  The requirements vary depending on which program your child is apart of with WIUFC.  We have provided a brief summary of these fundraising requirements for each program below and we will provide additional information as the fundraising period approaches for each program. 

ACADEMY PROGRAM (U11-U19):  There will be five calendars distributed for each player.  All Academy program players are expected to sell $100 worth of calendars.  Calendars are $20 each.  Please note that a $95 buyout option is also available (if a player chooses the buyout option, then calendars are not distributed to that player;  please note that when returning calendars to club).  Once players have sold their calendars, they can turn in the funds.  Raffle stubs can be turned in at the same time or players have until the last drawing.  Please keep good records of who has paid and treat the calendars carefully as each calendar has cash value.  Checks can be made out to Wisconsin United FC (checks are a good idea rather than large sums of cash).  A tracking table is provided for your convenience.  Drop off dates will be sent out via email.   The club administrative staff will assume the responsibility of collecting the raffle funds from players that are delinquent.  Player’s families will beneed to turn in the funds or player pass will be pulled until the funds are collected.  No exceptions will be made.

JUNIORS PROGRAM:  U8 and younger players are not required to participate in our fundraising!  All other players will be provided packets of raffle tickets each, all Juniors program players are expected to sell $75 worth of raffle tickets.   Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20, please note that a $70 buyout option is also available (if a buyout option is chosen, tickets are to be returned when the buyout is collected).  Players are to sell the raffle tickets, and then return all raffle ticket stubs along with the $75.  Please keep good records of who has paid and treat the raffle packets carefully as each packet has $75 cash value.  Checks can be made out to Wisconsin United FC and a tracking table is provided for convenience.  Time and dates for drop off will be sent out via email.

RECREATIONAL PROGRAM:  U6 and younger players are not required to participate in our fundraising!  All other players will be provided individual packets of 6 raffle tickets each, all Recreational progam players are expected to sell $25 worth of raffle tickets.  Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Please note that a $20 buyout option is also available (if a buyout option is chosen, tickets are to be returned when the buyout is collected).  Players are to sell the raffle tickets, and then return all raffle ticket stubs along with the $25.  Please keep good records of who has paid and treat the raffle packets carefully as each packet has $25 cash value.  Checks can be made out to Wisconsin United FC and a tracking table is provided for convenience.
